Sharon Koss has owned her own HR/Compensation Consulting firm for almost 24 years and is an SPHR and CCP. She regularly teaches for SHRM and has been head of the HRCI Board. Sharon is also the author of Solving the Compensation Puzzle, published by SHRM in 2008.
